Chosen 2 Lead, Inc., founded in 2007, is a group of young men many of which were members of Acts Full Gospel Church of God in Christ located in Oakland, CA under the leadership of Bishop Bob Jackson and strong believers in Jesus Christ.
The word chosen means to be elected or hand picked to do a specific task or duty. To be elected gives one the motivation to think highly of himself knowing that he can be called upon to lead or delegate. The responsibility is great but the challenge is overwhelming.
Each staff member plays a vital role in ministering to these teens on a daily basis. We're dedicated to building a rapport with each individual and learning everything there is to know about them.
How We Work:
We all have committed ourselves to the ministry and putting in long hours of time and dedication to each and every young man who takes part in our organization. Our sessions have changed to 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of every month at 7pm sharp but may vary based on location. Please refer to our calendar for details.
Each month we host a fundraising event and social outing to show our young people that they can have fun without causing violence and other problems in the communities and streets.
